Quickiemat offers a top-notch laundry service, but IF YOU SHARE OUR LOVE OF LAUNDRY our equipment is all coin operated and you are welcome to do your own laundry anytime between 6:00am and 9:00pm, 365 days a year. The store closes at 10pm. All customers must be out of the store by 10pm. No new customers after 9pm. This is story policy. Police will be called to remove individuals who do not follow this policy.
Our store is located in the historic area of Logan Circle just one block from the park. We are open seven days a week from 8am to 10pm. Due to safety reasons we do not permit new customers into the store after 9pm. All customers must be done with their laundry and out of the store by 10pm. We appreciate your cooperation. This is a self service laundromat. All laundry and personal items is the responsibility of the customer.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LAUNDRY UNATTENDED. CUSTOMERS AND STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE FINISHED LAUNDRY FROM MACHINES AS NEEDED.
PARKING
Parking is for customers using the laundromat. We do not rent parking. Please do not ask. This is private property. Respect our policies and regulations. Illegal vehicles will be ticketed by the Police Department and towed at owner's expense. Any damage to vehicles is owner's responsibility. Overnight parking is not permitted without authorization. The parking lot is monitored via security cameras in conjunction with the Police Department.
To those who live nearby. Please respect private property. Do not park on our property. We will ticket your vehicle and if it comes to it we will have it towed.
WASH & FOLD
We charge 90 cents per pound for regular laundry. This includes shirts, pants, socks, etc. This does not include heavier laundry such as sweaters, pillows, rugs, thick blankets, etc. There is a detailed list at the store.
We do not accept laundry with blood, urine, feces or any bodily fluids (human or animal).

NO SAME DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE. While most of our orders are done within the same day, we cannot guarantee it. Ask the staff what estimated time your order will be done. On weekends we receive large amounts of orders, thus assume next day pick up. But, we DO NOT guarantee same day pick up.

We pride ourselves on offering a clean and safe store for customers. Please respect the staff, store policies and equipment, other customers. Police will be called to remove disruptive personnel. Store polices are post throughout the property. If you disagree with them please remove yourself from the store and property.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only given when a machine malfunctions or when there is an error in service (wash & fold). We DO NOT give refunds to customers using the machines incorrectly. Read all instructions and store policy signs. Refunds have a 48 hour wait period. If the staff at the time does not give you a refund, request one through ownership. Ask for a contact form from the staff. Fill it out. Ownership will receive it and response as needed. WE WILL NOT RESPOND IF THE COMPLAINT IS AGAINST ANY STORE POLICY.
